How Do I Access HCM Employee Self-Service?

  1. Log into HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS): https://web9.epicorhcm.com/HCM11180
  • If you applied and accepted your offer through HCM – the username and password you created are still valid
  • If you were hired prior to HCM, an email was sent to you previously from the HR Mailbox. You will want to retrieve this email as it contains your log in credentials.
  • If you cannot locate your user name and/or password, click on the Forgot Password button, enter your Heath email address and your user name and password will be sent to you.
  • If you need help logging in, please contact the HR Mailbox at HR@Heathus.com to request new credentials.

Password Reset Requirements:

  • Must contain a minimum of 10 characters​
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 letter​
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 number​
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 non-alphabetic, non-numeric character (for example,!, $, #, %)​
  • Note:  HCM does not accept spaces. User accounts will be locked out after 4 failed login attempts. ​To unlock your account, you must contact Human Resources via hr@heathus.com.

How Do I Apply for Internal Opportunities?

  1. Log into HCM Employee Self-Service (ESS): https://web9.epicorhcm.com/HCM11180
  2. Enter Username and Password
  3. Click Employee Self-Service tab at top of page
  4. Click CAREER DEVELOPMENT from the title bar
  5. Scroll to bottom of page
  6. Find the position you want to apply for
  7. Click the pencil icon to apply
  8. Answer the application questions
  9. Upload your resume (if you have one)
  10. Click submit
