Repair FAQ
What is your repair turnaround?
Our goal is 10days from the day we receive your instrument to the day we ship it back.
Do I need an RMA?
No. We do however require that a Heath repair form be filled out and send in with each instrument. Failure to do so will delay the repair of your instrument.
Do you require a copy of a Purchase Order?
Yes, for repairs of $1,000 or more.
What is the warranty on repairs?
90 days for parts and 30 days for labor.
