Sabrina Dobron, General Engineer, and Tim Loskot, Leak Survey Supervisor, both of Baltimore Gas and Electric, received the 2026 Milton W. Heath, Sr. Memorial Award.

Sabrina and Tim worked diligently to advance the adoption of advanced leak detection technologies and strategies at Baltimore Gas and Electric and across Exelon. They led the integration of new detection tools, identified operational challenges, and strengthened change management to support successful implementation. Their efforts will improve leak management and enhance overall program performance.
