On October 26, 2012, Carolyn Heath Haag was officially appointed President of Heath Consultants by the Board of Directors. Prior to this, she served as the third-generation Heath Chairman of the Board and became the first woman to hold the position of majority stockholder in the company’s 79-year history.

Carolyn has been deeply involved in the corporation throughout her career, currently overseeing the Chief Executive Officer and managing the Board of Directors. She began her journey at Heath in the Marketing Department, where she launched the company’s first customer service 800 number. During this time, she completed a year-long Management Training Program, gaining valuable experience across various company functions, including fieldwork in Canada. From 1996 to 2012, Carolyn led the HR team and continued to oversee HR operations until 2018.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ithaca College and has earned a certificate in Human Resource Management and Professional Development from Rice University. She is committed to driving Heath’s success, growth, and technological advancement for future generations.
