Patrick has over 15 years of field management experience in the utility industry. He joined Heath in 2022 as General Manager of Operations and in a short period of time improved field efficiency while managing Heath’s field operations.  Patrick has an extensive background in the industry where he has managed labor, material resources, marketing strategy, and territorial operations for companies focused on locating underground facilities.

Patrick attended Florida Community College in Jacksonville, served in U.S. Navy where he earned the rank of Petty Officer First Class E-6. During his service he received several U.S. Navy Degrees in Electricity, Electronics and Leadership.
