Richard Rosenberg, Heath Consultants’ General Counsel since 2023, brings over 35 years of legal expertise. His career began as a C.P.A. at Deloitte in Atlanta, followed by earning a law degree and becoming a partner at Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay in Houston. He held prior roles as General Counsel at Hearthstone Senior Services, LLP, and as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at U.S. Zinc Corporation.

Rosenberg, a cum laude graduate from Tulane University, also received his law degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Actively engaged in professional organizations, he notably served as the vice chair of the State Bar of Texas’ Real Estate Forms Committee.

In his community, Rosenberg has an extensive record of volunteer service, including leading the Challenger League baseball program for special needs children during his five-year tenure on the board of directors at West University Little League. Since 2011, he has been a board member of the Center for Pursuit, serving as its board chair for four years. This organization provides vital long-term care and support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In recognition of his dedication, Rosenberg received the 2019 Houston Corporate Counsel Award for Public Service/Pro Bono work.
